Integrity 3 carries multiple brands of residential and commercial equipment with a focus on the American Standard and Ruud brands for most residential applications, and Daikin brand for ductless mini-split installations. Residentially each of these lines carry at least a 10 year warranty period for all major parts, with labor warranties available separately.
Commercial Maintenance, Service and Install
Integrity 3 provides maintenance, service and installation of commercial equipment of various sizes and applications; ranging from small apartment air conditioners to large commercial facilities. We have a variety of equipment brands available to us to meet your facilities needs including standard central heating and air systems, makeup air, exhaust and ventilation systems, and zoned ductless systems.

Zoning and Automated Building Controls
Direct Digital Controls (DDC) is one of our specialties. Craig and Caleb are trained and experienced in servicing and designing DDC control systems. We have extensive experience with the Honeywell LCBS line of controls, and install the Prolon line of DDC controls.
